Elitism sucks no? Feel free to take Xeno for free. :) I'm going to make it donate-ware.

Meet The Features
Some highlights of Xeno are going to include...
1) Full Event-Based Story boarding system. construct vivid, interactive and dynamic rpgs much more quickly than writing it all yourself.
2) Cinematic Editor. like Matinee in UnrealDK
3)Sentient artificial intelligence. (......well, ok that's a bold faced lie. it will have an A.I Module though :) ) Capable of things such as path-finding and fuzzy decision making.
4) A.N.N based learning system. For things such as hand recongition and so fourth.
5) 3D Gui - See quantum on indiedb for examples of what I mean. That was done with Unity3D however, so the end result won't be very similar. it's a good idea of it though.
6) Support for multiple scripting languages. Already supports C# and Ruby. neither require a visual studio install. This is like unity3d, in that it requires no other tools other than content creation to create the game.(In most concievable cases)
7) And more.(Every feature list has to finish with that right? :) )

A New Star
First shots of the integerated development environment. (IDE) -
Developed in Visual Studio Express C# 2010, using CS-Script, OpenTK, IronRuby, KryptonToolkit and a few other few sdks.
No commercial components are used, so the source code in the free edition is also a possiblity if there is demand for it.
I'm also going to integerate the Flash SDK, not the official one, but one called GameSWF - It is actually far more developed than it's main page would suggest, check sourceforge.
So scaleform type guis will be possible too soon.
That was the shader editor. node based, based on similar tools for Unity3D and 3DS Max.
The IDE is going to have alot more to it. Bear in mind this is still quite early in dev. If the ide tooks seven days to create, this is still day one.
But it's off to a good start, so check back if you find any of this interesting. This blog stuff is fun :)

The Flight Of Birds
Hi :) I am Antony Robot Wells (Might be robert actually, but robot is so much cooler.)
Let me introduce you to something you may not have heard of. Xeno 3.0.
What is Xeno 3.0? A Synthethic Existence wrapped around our minds? Well, no. That's the matrix. But this is a 3D game creation ide designed to allow you to easily, quickly and very very powerfully(In terms of flexibilty and bredth of possiblity) construct the game of your geeky dreams.
The initial build is targetted at Windows XP and above. But the code, and engine are mostly cross platform, so mac and linux versions are planned. and no, the linux version won't be free. There will be a free edition, but the pro version will be commercial on mac.
Now, onto versions.
Community Edition - This will be 100% free for everyone in the world. Up your game.
Pro Edition - for the more discerning developer, who requires total control(I.e source of engine) and 12/7 email support. (I do have to sleep...:) )
Anyway, this is my first ever real blog. I'm not Mr Internet you see. I tend to just spend my time coding the engine, ide etc. So if this blog is awful compared to Bill Cliton's one you just read. Don't hate me. Hate my inability to type a good blog :) lol
